Accompanying residents to medical appointments, ordering medications, communicating with agency’s pharmacy to secure proper medication delivery, implementing daily service goals, documenting daily progress, writing monthly summaries for the Director of Residential Services, transporting residents on community activities, supervisor of staff on shift, assisting manager with monthly scheduling, monthly meal planning, activity and community integration planning, teaching and stressing personal cleanliness by implementing daily ADL routines, supervising residents in their personal finances, responsible for petty cash, food stamps, assisting residential nurse with medical decisions, and providing a safe and secure working atmosphere for both staff and residents alike.
